Organisation Description:
Wan Smolbag Theatre is a fast paced and dynamic organization with 130 staff across its two main centers in Port Vila and Luganville. WSB has youth programs, health programs, sports, film, theatre, and environmental programs.
Job Desctiption:
WSB is looking for a suitable person to join its management team.
The position entails:
- Supporting and improving Human Resources Management.
- Managing repair and maintenance of buildings and other WSB facilities.
- Involvement in various community projects in Port Vila, Santo, and Pentecost.
- Managing budgets and narrative reporting.

Selection Criteria:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a management position.
- Knowledgeable in strategic and financial management including some understanding of project management.
- Demonstrated ability in budget planning, monitoring, problem solving, and financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Both verbal and written).
Salary:
