Job Desctiption:
• Processing Transactions Accurately handle purchases, including duty-free and duty-paid transactions, using various payment methods. Efficiently process high volumes of duty-free sales, especially during cruise ship days. • Customer Service Provide friendly and efficient service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. • Cash Handling, Reconciliation, and Banking Manage cash and electronic payments, ensuring accuracy at all times. Perform till X-out and Z-out procedures, ensuring balances match at the end of each shift/day. Prepare and complete banking processes, including cash reconciliation and deposits. • Compliance with Duty-Free Regulations Follow all customs and duty-free procedures to ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements. Monitor and record duty-free sales accurately. • Order Fulfillment and Delivery Coordination Ensure duty-free alcohol purchases are processed correctly and delivered on time, coordinating with relevant teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements
Selection Criteria:
- Must be a computer Literature
- Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday
- Must be able to work on Public Holiday (If Required)
- Must be Fluent in English
- Must have experience in Cashier Transaction, Till Reconciliation
- Must be able to work in Team
- Must have knowledge in Duty Free Items and No Duty Items
