Job Desctiption:
Maintain and service electrical systems throughout guest rooms, villas, restaurants, and public areas
Identify, troubleshoot, and promptly resolve issues involving power, lighting, and electrical equipment
Carry out regular inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain system performance and reliability
Ensure all electrical tasks adhere to safety standards and local regulatory requirements
Contribute to energy efficiency efforts, including system enhancements and sustainable upgrades
Selection Criteria:
Qualified and certified electrician
Demonstrated experience in commercial, hospitality, or large-scale facility maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
Flexible and available to work varied hours, including weekends when needed
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach
