VSDP is looking for one disability field worker to help us run our Early Intervention and Community Based Rehabilitation Programs in and around Port Vila. Responsibilities include: Assess client abilities and needs Make goals with clients and families Write reports and plans in line with VSDP Policies Work with VSDP staff to plan programs Communicate well with VSDP staff, clients and their families and community members Follow VSDP policies and procedures including the code of conduct and child protection policy Support and supervise assistants Attends, participate and contribute to staff meetings.
