Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for 2 IT & Telecom Technicians officer to be based in Port Vila, This position reports directly to the Manager RAN Department and involves working with a broad range of Technical environment, power and transmission staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

I. Installing modems and handling inter-connexions of client's IT to TVL network.

II. Configuring the client's IT and optimizing the voice/data transmission with TVL network.

III. Analyzing troubleshooting, and resolving networking issues.

IV. Providing remote technical support for unresolved help-desk issues.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal, communication skills;

- Ability to work independently.

- Good knowledge of Windows, and at large of end-user's It(computer, printer, Wi-Fi, router, switch)

- Good knowledge of LAN architectures;

- Certificate or diploma in ICT + minimum 2 years professional experience in IT industry.

- Knowledge of the internet environment.

- Fluent English.
