Job Description:

The Office of the Public Solicitor is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to the post of Cleaner/Gardener & Driver for its Head Office in Port Vila, to start immediately. Duties & Responsibilities:

1) This officer is responsible to provide cleaning and garden maintenance services to the office, as well as responsible for driving the office vehicle during official hours and messenger duties

2) Responsible for conducting cleaning of office on a daily basis

3) Responsible for gardening and ground maintenance

4) Responsible for driving the Public Solicitor and other legal officers to Courts and other work locations

5) Responsible for filing documents, serving of process and correspondence

6) To maintain vehicle log book in respect of all journeys, including purpose of journey, mileage and destination

7) Responsible for posting and collecting mails from the Post Office, and collecting mail from the PSO mail box at the Court House

8) To be able to undertake any other duties as directed by the Office Manager or the Public Solicitor.
