The Organisation
WSB is a local NGO that strives to provide quality youth centre services to young people across Vanuatu. Since 1989 WSB has maintained high quality and reach of theatre, film, radio productions and supporting publications on contemporary development issues. WSB works to improve and extend urban and rural access to age-appropriate and confidential sexual and reproductive health services for women, men and youth.
The Position
The Senior Managers role is to assist the Project Managers in all research aspects of Wan Smolbag programs and to facilitate working with other NGOs/ donors, while assisting senior WSB staff with overall management of WSB programs. Your time will be divided between supervising the WSB’s monitoring and evaluation section and managing specific discreet projects within WSB as opportunities arise.
Essential Selection Criteria
► A high level of people management skills and management experience
► Experience with budget management
► Project management and prioritization skills
► Strong report writing and analytical skills
► Understanding of research methodologies

The Organisation
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the recognized national institution representing the voice of the private sector. It has since inception in 1995 grown to becoming a well-respected and reputable organization contributing significantly in its activities towards growing the economy.
The Position
This is an Executive position and requires a well-respected and disciplined mature person who has had at least 5 years’ experience in a senior management position. The position requires the Acting General Manager to be responsible for the effective management of the Chamber’s overall operations and administrative functions as directed by the Council.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Commerce, Accounting and/or Business Studies with minimum of 5 years’ experience
► Strong management skills including training and staff management
► Can keep the Council briefed on all matters related to the VCCI
► Financial management experience and analytical skills to monitor and evaluate statutory financial reports
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Has worked in a similar capacity at a senior level
