Job Description
The Reception/Front Desk officer plays a major role in our organisation.  Duties include welcoming guests and other customers, making bookings, checking in and out of guests, assisting guests with their queries, answering and directing telephone calls and other duties as required.
Selection Criteria
The applicant must:
. be French speaking
. have studied a recognised Tourism or Accounting Course
. have a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
. be able to work evenings and weekends
. a knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage
