Job Description
The HEAD CHEF job include:
5 DAYS WORK FULL TIME INCLUDING EVENING (APPROX 8HRS DAY 11AM-9PM WITH 2HRS BREAK) - SUPERVISING & TRAINING KITCHEN STAFF - FOOD PREPARATION AND STORING - FOOD ORDERING - FOOD COSTING - COOKING A LA CARTE - COOKING FOR FUNCTIONS - MENU DEVELOPING WITH MANAGEMENT - SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE 2 WEEKS FULL TIME TRAINING WITH RENOWEND FOODIE FRANCESCA GRILLO DURING WORKING HOURS LEARNING ITALIAN AND SEAFOOD

Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will have the following Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in cooking, preferably in bistro/fine dining
- Must have Certificate III in Cooking
- Must have Food Hygiene training
- Must be able and willing to travel to work and back (accommodation may be provided on site)
- Must be reliable, hard working, clean and tidy
- Must be able to work with our successful team and show leadership as well as commitment and loyalty to management and the business
