CAFE VILA (Nasama Resort, Pango)

Roles:

• Able to recruit, train, motivate and supervise restaurant and bar staff

• Ensure efficient and profitable operation of restaurant and bar

• Control inventory of stock and order supplies

• Maintain high standards of quality control in food, service, hygiene, health and safety

• Control portion sizes to keep food costs in check

• Promote and market restaurant and bar through events, social media.

Successful candidate must meet the following below.

Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

• Must speak fluent English; French and Bislama an advantage

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Well presented; outgoing and friendly personality

• Knowledge of Excel and basic accounting procedures to produce Profit & Loss Statements, create and analyse reports to increase sales and profits.
