Roles: • Well presented; outgoing and friendly personality • Able to provide excellent customer service • Excellent knowledge of how to operate a cash register and eftpos terminals • Excellent knowledge of how to prepare various recipes of coffee, tea, blended and cold drinks, and various recipes of cocktails • Able to acquire knowledge about various wines and alcohol provided by the restaurant. |
| Criteria: |
| • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position • Must speak fluent English; French and Bislama an advantage • Well presented; outgoing and friendly personality • High level of personal hygiene; full understanding of restaurant health and safety • Well organized; great teamwork skills • Honest, responsible; quick and efficient worker. |
