Job Description:
Grand Hotel and Casino is looking for suitable Receptionists to join our Front Office Team. The role will report to the Front Manager, successful applicants must have:
      • Relevant previous hotel reception experience
      • Advance Excel and Microsoft Office skills
      • Strong typing skills
      • Previous Opera experience is a must
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Exceptional guest handling and service skills
      • Be flexible to work over a seven day period including night shifts.
      A Certificate or equivalent qualification is desirable.
