| | Vanuatu Netball has exciting opportunities for motivated young men and women in sport. We wish to employ exciting young women and men to develop implement and co-ordinate our developments program against Vanuatu. |
| | Purpose of this Position: |
| | The NOM is responsible for the successful running of the Vanuatu Netball Association’s Operations. |
| | Working closely with the Board, the NOM will implement board decisions and will be responsible for the association’s operations and promotion of Netball through volunteers and a national network association. |
| | Key responsibilities |
| | • Support the Board with Strategic Decisions. |
| | • Ensure the VNA development framework 2017 |
| | • Strategic Planning and Reporting |
| | • Organizational Management |
| | • Promotion of the ‘Vanuatu Netball’ Brand |
| | • Program Delivery |
| | • To meet Exceed VNA Performance Standard |
| | Key Performance Indicators: |
| | o Sound financial management and performance |
| | o Nationwide rates of player, coach and officials participation and availability |
| | o Accreditation levels and player performance |
| | o Experience in conducting M&E and general project monitoring |
| | o Measure of supporter and sponsor satisfaction. |
| | Criteria: |
| | • Uphold the integrity of the sport |
| | • Establish and be accountable for game management and operational standards |
| | • Manage appointments and contractual relationships in accordance with Board policies |
| | • Apply best practice in human resources management (for employees and volunteers) |
