| Café Vila is seeking experienced and qualified candidates for the following position. |
| Requirements include: |
| Criteria: |
| o Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position |
| o Must speak fluent English; French an advantage |
| o Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen |
| o Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to create exciting menus (from fresh local seasonal produce) |
| o Maintain or raise the profit margins on food |
| o Manage stock levels and order supplies |
| o Maintain high standards of quality control in food, service, hygiene, health and safety |
| o Strong staff mangement training skills |
