| | Vanuatu Netball has exciting opportunities for motivated young men and women in sport. We wish to employ exciting young women and men to develop implement and co-ordinate our developments program against Vanuatu. |
| | Purpose of this position: |
| | The NDM is responsible for the successful carrying out the Development Program of the VNA in accordance with its Game Development Plans. |
| | Working closely with the CEO, the NDM will implement all game and outreach programs |
| | and Board decision relating to game development. |
| | The NDM collaborates with the NDM for the promotion of Netball through volunteers and a national network of associations. |
| | Key Performance Indicators: |
| | 1. Sound understanding and development management performance |
| | 2. Nationwide range of players, coach and officials participation and availability |
| | 3. Accreditation levels and player performance. |
| | Criteria: |
| | 1. Plan and provide a map of the outreach programs on an annual basis |
| | 2. Liaise with VNA partners and stakeholders in regards the development programs of VNA. |
| | 3. Provide periodical reporting on outreach programs |
| | 4. Provide periodical reporting for donor purposes |
| | 5. Liaise with the VNA President and Technical Development officer in all facets of the Development Plan. |
