| | o Excellent knowledge of how to prepare various recipes of coffee, tea, blended and cold drinks |
| | o Knowledge of cash register |
| | o High level of personal hygiene; full understanding of restaurant health and safety |
| | o Well presented; outgoing and friendly personality |
| | o Able to provide excellent customer service; |
| | o Well organized; great teamwork skills |
