| | Qualification and Experience: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Degree in Accounting. |
| | - Minimum work experience of 5 years. |
| | - Oversee all Accounting and Finance areas such as accounting staff, revenue recognition cycle, reporting to VUI Management and Corporate Office. |
| | - Monitor accounting staff and ensure job performance evaluations are performed based on set timetables. |
| | - Ensure that all accounting staffs are trained and up dated on all (GAAP) accounting updates. |
| | - Direct Staffs on procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services. |
| | - Ensure preparation of monthly analysis of financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statements monthly along with the preparation of other reports to |
| | summarize current and projected company financial position. |
| | - Coducts special studies for management. |
| | - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports, financial statements for the Board of Director Report on monthly basis. |
