| | - Analytical and practical decision maker. |
| | - Display good interpersonal skills and be able to cope with all kinds of different client personalities and traits. |
| | - Must have good character and attitude, must be of good standing in communities or in the society. |
| | - English or French is required and Bislama is desirable. |
