| | 1. Must have 5 years relevant work experience at a senior level combined with suitable training; 2 years work experience after degree qualifications. Good knowledge of statistical data processing and database software |
| | packages such as SPSS, Paradox, Access, and IMPS. |
| | 2. Have some professional statistical training. |
| | 3. Have a Diploma or Degree in Demography / Statistics or related field. |
| | 4. English or French with knowledge of the other and of Bislama an advantage. |
| | 5. Good character. |
