World Vision Vanuatu is a development organisation that works to transform communities through multisectoral community based programs. Over the past 32 years - working to the development priorities of the Vanuatu Government - World Vision Vanuatu has worked in partnership with communities to deliver critical services in health, education, humanitarian emergency, water


Sanitation, agriculture and rural livelihoods. At the heart of our approach is ensuring that the services we deliver are relevant, cost-effective and make a lasting difference.

Development Facilitators: Sustainable Livelihoods(3 positions on Pentecost)

1. Taking a Team approach, implement the agreed program design document with focus on achieving results.

2. Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders such as communities, leaders and local government.

3. Provide the ongoing Monitoring of program activities.

The Ideal candidate should:


a) Have at least two years' experience in managing projects, with proven financial management and community development skills;

b) Have strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple task;

c) Be able to work gracefully under pressure;

d) Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

e) Be able to build strong working relationships;

f) Be computer literate. Knowledge of Income-generation is an asset.
