| | - Degree or post graduate diploma in disaster risk management or emergency management and other related field; At least 3 years experience in disaster risk management and other emergency management |
| | - Project management skills, disaster risk management skills; Supervision skills, operational planning & reporting skills |
| | - Have good computer skills and appropriate skills to use high technology communication tools; Practical, analytical, proactive and open minded and a quick thinker |
| | - Good communication and presentation (verbal & written) skills |
| | - Fluency in verbal and written English or French & Bislama. |
