| | Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited is seeking for are suitable applicant for the above position mentioned. |
| | Key Responsibilities: |
| | 1) Delivering exceptional service with each customer contact in line with set standards |
| | 2) Achieve individual revenue sales targets and contribute to team targets |
| | 3) Selling Air Vanuatu products and services across different market segments |
| | 4) Support back office functions when required |
| | 5) Ensure standard in house procedures are adhered to maintain service levels |
| | 6) Servicing of flights & customer file while maintaining full confidentiality |
| | 7) Providing call outs to Air Vanuatu clients in the event of flight disruptions and/or schedule changes |
| | 8) Promote a safe & healthy work environment & support company policies. |

| | The successful applicant we are seeking must be able to: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Communicate fluently in English, French and Bislama and posses excellent telephone skills; Service all incoming calls in line with Air Vanuatu service level requirements; Demonstrate effective communication skills and |
| | have concern for accuracy and detail; Be familiar with using Microsoft Office |
| | - Handle customer service complaints in a timely and efficient manner; Making outbound after hours sales follow-up calls as required; Able to work in a rostered system – 5 days on two days off (staff also rostered to work |
| | Saturdays & Sundays |
| | - Participate in ongoing learning & development activities that enable departmental growth; Support open communication & continuous improvement through feedback or ideas; Participate in team activities, incentives |
| | & group targets when required; Carry out all other ad hoc duties required by the Team Leader or Manager |
| | - Requirement: Educated to a Certificate/Diploma level or higher; Minimum of one year customer service or call centre contact experience would be desirable; Provide Police Clearance and Medical Report; Be target |
| | and results driven with a passion to provide quality customer service |
| | - Have an empathetic attitude and a willingness to work in a fast pace, high pressure business environment; Ability to influence people and to be confident in speaking; Demonstrate ability to think “Outside the Box”. |
