| | Key purpose of the position: The overall purpose of Save the Children Vanuatu Strengthening Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health Program (STARS Health Program) is to promote the sexual and reproductive health and well-being of young people through a model of community engagement, sexual and reproductive health service delivery, education and sustainable development |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Plan and coordinate sports activities which contribute towards the objectives of teh STARS program |
| | 2) Work with the Youth Club Officer to ensure the Sports Program's engagement with youth is coordinated for maximum participating and improved reach/outcomes. |

| | Selection Criteria: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Ability to communicate with a wide range of people; Ability to motivate, manage, and lead others to achieve their full potential |
| | - Excellent planning and organizational skills; Ability to produce accurate and timely reports; Good financial management skills |
| | - Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong analytical skills; Experience in implementing community program, especially those which incorporate sport-based activities |
| | - Experience mentoring individuals and/or group; Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships |
| | - Completed high school level 12 an advantage. |
