Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reports to the Manager Compliance |
| | 2) Ensure effective methods are used for registration of members and employers |
| | 3) Reduce the proportion of non-compliant members and employers |
| | 4) Investigate and report on complaints of non-compliance |
| | 5) Carry out audits |
| | 6) Attend to and assist with legal proceedings. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Will have tertiary qualifications with at least 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar field; Ability to be trained and developed in this role. |
