Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reports to the Director of Corporate Services |
| | 2) Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance programme for the Fund's properties, plant and equipment |
| | 3) Respond to maintenance and inspection requests |
| | 4) Monitor the services of sub-contractors |
| | 5) Ensure all VNPF properties and tenants comply with safety regulations and standards |
| | 6) Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to address their concerns. |
