| | management team. The Fund seeks to employ professionals who have warm and caring personalities with a passion for excellence in service. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reports to the General Manager and oversees the operations of the finance, human resources and IT departments with the direct reports of the 3 department’s managers |
| | 2) Ensure that the fund has the best support services available to enable it to effectively meet member expectations |
| | 3) Establish and manage operating budgets for finance, human resources and IT operations |
| | 4) Ensure departmental systems of work are fine tuned to provide timely reports to the general manager and efficient service to members |
| | 5) Oversee and direct the financial operations of the fund |
| | 6) Ensure that fund’s IT system and network provides the support required by the fund |
| | 7) Oversee the function of human resources and ensure the people capital of the fund is managed effectively |
| | 8) Established and implement divisional strategies and action plans in support of the achievement of the VNPF’ corporate strategic plan. |

| | - Will have a relevant degree with at least 3-5 years experience as a manager of corporate services or as a manager of finance and/or human resources with working experience in the functions of |

| | - Candidates for the management position must display strong leadership and communication skills; Must be strategic thinker, with high problem solving and inter-personal skills. |
