| | management team. The Fund seeks to employ professionals who have warm and caring personalities with a passion for excellence in service. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reports to the General Manager and oversees the operations of the Member Services and Compliance Departments with the direct reports of the 2 department managers. |
| | 2) Ensure enforcement of the VNPF Act |
| | 3) Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of Member Services and Compliance Departments |
| | 4) Ensure departmental systems of work are fine tuned to provide timely reports to the General Manager and efficient service to members |
| | 5) Carry out members surveys to determine the level of customer service satisfaction and implement methods to improve standards |
| | 6) Increase the number of provincial members and VNPF offices and improve services to all provincial offices |
| | 7) Develop and implement an effective awareness programme throughout Vanuatu and keep members updated on all VNPF investments and activities |
| | 8) Oversee and develop an effective budget for the division |
| | 9) Established and implement divisional strategies and action plans in support of the achievement of the VNPF's corporate strategic plan. |

| | - Will have a relevant degree with at least 3-5 years experience managing a large customer service operation with outstanding leadership, communication and customer service skills |
| | - Candidates for the management position must display strong leadership and communication skills; Must be strategic thinker, with high problem solving and inter-personal skills. |
