Selection Criteria:
Proven experience operating cranes safely and efficiently
Relevant crane operator licence or certification (preferred)
Strong understanding of lifting procedures and safety regulations
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
Good communication skills and situational awareness
Physically fit and able to work in a marine/industrial environment
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work under pressure
