We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join our growing team in Port Vila.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell residential, commercial, tourism and development properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors and prospective    buyers.
- Conduct property inspections and client viewings.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process from initial enquiry to settlement.
- Prepare sales proposals, listings and marketing materials.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

 

Selection Criteria:

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, tourism or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Knowledge of the Vanuatu property market would be an advantage but is not essential.

 

Salary:

Attractive salary package based on commission structure.
