Job Description
We are advertising for a Division Manager to manage the daily operations of the business, to achieve the required environmental, technical and customer standards.

To be successful, the Division Manager is someone who can fulfill a variety of tasks throughout a range of levels, including managerial, marketing, client support and contract and business management to name a few.
Selection Criteria
Applications will be considered from those who hold the below qualifications:
- Registered Plumber with ticketed number
- Registered Gas Fitter with ticketed number
- Registered Roofer with ticketed number
- National Diploma in Water / Wastewater Treatment and/or
- Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, process engineering or environmental sciences)
- Experience in MYOB - 6 years
- proven track record with previous employers

Desirable experience:
- 15 years in the above field(s) of plumbing, Gas fitting, Roofing, with 10 years in a supervisory capacity
- Exposure to wastewater pump station and reticulation operations.
- Proven leadership.

Job Description
The Australian High Commission in Vanuatu is looking for a dynamic, high performing and motivated person with great people skills to join our corporate service team. Under direction the Reception, Travel and Human Resources Officer manages the reception area, supports the work of the human resources unit and assists with financial tasks, including the acquittal of official travel requests. 

Selection Criteria
When considering your application, the selection committee will seek evidence of performance against each of these criteria:
1. Tertiary qualifications or at least two years’ professional experience in an administration and/or human resources related role
2. Demonstrated high level representational and/or client services experience
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English and Bislama, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
4. Ability to manage administration in accordance with Australian High Commission policies, including travel management, finance support and information management
5. Proficient in the use of computers, particularly using Microsoft Office applications
6. Applicants must have a pre-existing legal right to work in Vanuatu
