The Merchandising and Marketing manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies

Selection Criteria
1. Qualified with more than 10 years experience in Merchandising and Marketing.
2. Specialized in Domestic and external marketing for Nestle products.
3. International experience in sales mechanics.
4. Experience in store merchandising, displays and shelving mechanics.
5. High computer skills in Microsoft Office.
6. Able to manage and training a team of 20 staffs.
7. Driving license needed.
8. Able to work 7 days a week.
9. Work in a fully compared stock / sales system.

The Position
This position will be responsible for leading the customers and ensuring and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service. He/she will be being the point of contact for the bank’s customers who seek guidance and assistance for their daily banking needs. His/her duties will include helping customers by giving information about different bank products and attend to customer queries over the counter and direct referrals to other staffs and department. This position reports to the Customer Relations Manager.
Essential Selection Criteria
► At least a tertiary qualification in Business (or related field)
► Have knowledge of English and French languages.
► Have 3 to 5 years working experience in customer relations.
► Be a self starter.
► Be a citizen of Vanuatu.
Desirable Selection Criteria

The Organisation
The National Bank of Vanuatu seeks candidates for the position of Customer Relationships Manager. The individual selected for this position will work closely with the Head of Retail Banking to provide leadership at the main branch in Port Vila. This successful applicant will be responsible for a team of 5 branch supervisors, and 30 branch staff.
The Position
This is a senior position and requires a committed person who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of main branch in Port Vila and its foreign exchange booth at the International Airport. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and will ensure the branch meets all its' customers’ retail banking needs. This position reports to the Area Manager South.
Essential Selection Criteria
► At least a tertiary qualification in Business (or related field)
► Is dynamic in their approach to customer service delivery and team building
► Sound coaching and training skills

► Must provide a valid Police Clearance
