The Organisation
The National Bank of Vanuatu seeks candidates for the position of Customer Relationships Manager. The individual selected for this position will work closely with the Head of Retail Banking to provide leadership at the main branch in Port Vila. This successful applicant will be responsible for a team of 5 branch supervisors, and 30 branch staff.
The Position
This is a senior position and requires a committed person who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of main branch in Port Vila and its foreign exchange booth at the International Airport. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and will ensure the branch meets all its' customers’ retail banking needs. This position reports to the Area Manager South.
Essential Selection Criteria
► At least a tertiary qualification in Business (or related field)
► Is dynamic in their approach to customer service delivery and team building
► Sound coaching and training skills
► Vanuatu Citizen
► Must provide a valid Police Clearance
Desirable Selection Criteria
► He/She is team leader and is proactive in leading a team of over 35 staff
► He/She is passionate about change and change management
► Relevant communication and marking skills
► Proficiency in computer skills
