GRM International and the Vanuatu Law and justice Partnership Program (VLIP)- stretem Rod Blong Jastis - are seeking a full time locally engagged Administration Assistant to work with the VLIP team.

In consulation with th Finance and Administration Officer, the Administration Assistant will Support the day to day running of the Secretariat Management Team Office, providing administration support to staff, reporting on all administarative issues, and assisting with other administrative tasks required by VLIP.

To assist with the administration of accounts, maintenance of financial records, ensure program record management compiles with Australian Government requirements and guidelines, provide administrative and logistical support to SRBJ staff (including Advisers) travelling to other locations, ensure record and filing system are maintained, ensure the office is equipped for day to day

operations, ensure office communication and IT systems are operational and maintained, provide logistical support to the implementation of program activities.

Reports to Partnership Coordinator/Contract Manager.
