The Telecommunication & Radiocommunication Regulator (TRR) is an independent entity that regulated the Telecommunication sector. Part of the role of TRR is to ensure fair & proper competition exists in the industry, to regulate the performance of the operators, to support the correct legal framework for the industry and to encourage the access to

communication systems for the people of Vanuatu. TRR is seeking a Ni-Vanuatu citizen to fulfill this role as the Market & Competition Manager. Duties and responsibilities:

1) Responsible for managing tariffs regulation & compliance issues

2) Providing reports & market analysis on market

3) Leading operator dispute cases

4) Managing the analysis of economic, accounting and statistical aspects of competitive issues

5) Recommendation on tariffs schemes & changes proposed by industry participants

6) Recommendation on new services tariffs proposed by market participants

7) Managing the universal service policy & fund

8) Managing licensing

9) Contributing to the annual plan & budget process

10) Reviewing market participants accounting statements, strategic market modeling

11) Monitoring market dominance, and the development of the market

12) Consultation with players regarding economics issues, advice on changes in regulatory matters o reflect changing market dynamics.

The Vanuatu Christian Council (VCC) is the peak body of the Christian churches in Vanuatu. It serves its member churches and their congregation by providing a forum for discussion, sharing and planning on matters of mutual concern. Recently the VCC has started implementing projects in the areas of community-focused Integrated Disaster Risk

Reduction and the Vanuatu Church Partnerships program, focusing on strengthening management and member services and national policy engagement. 1) Responsible for all women's ecumenical programs within the member churches of the VCC

2) Reports to the training & development manager

3) Assist in the general pastoral oversight of VCC in Vanuatu and with VCC partners abroad

4) Participate in VCC advocacy amongst women to promote love, justice, peace and harmony

5) Design effective & efficient program/training/mentoring & development strategiesfor women

6) Organize or facilitate training to empower christian female advocators to uphold christian values in the Nation of Vanuatu

7) Promote church unity through religious programs and training development for women.
