Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a skilled Sewing & Production Assistant to join our fast-growing team.
What you’ll do:
Sewing and garment assembly (primary role)
Assist with clothing production (sublimation, DTG, screen printing, vinyl heat press)
Prepare materials and operate equipment
Maintain quality and meet deadlines
What we’re looking for:
Proven sewing skills
Willing to learn printing techniques and expand skills
Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented

Selection Criteria:
Proven sewing skills, able to operate sewing machines
Experience with clothing production, exposure to printing methods (sublimation, DTG, screen printing, or heat press) is an advantage
Attention to detail, ability to produce clean, accurate work with minimal errors
Speed and reliability, can meet deadlines and maintain consistent output under pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt, open to training and working across different production processes.
