Job Desctiption:
A Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones and related devices. This includes tasks such as screen and battery replacement, software troubleshooting, unlocking phones, and fixing hardware issues. The technician ensures that all repairs are done accurately, efficiently, and with attention to quality. They may also assist customers with technical questions and recommend suitable accessories or upgrades. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and customer service are essential in this role.
Selection Criteria:
1. Technical Skills
Knowledge in diagnosing and repairing mobile phones (Android & iPhone)
Skilled in hardware repairs: screen, battery, charging port, camera, etc.
Familiarity with mobile software troubleshooting and updates
Ability to use tools and equipment specific to mobile repair
2. Experience & Education
At least high school graduate or vocational/technical training in electronics or related field
Prior experience in mobile phone repair is an advantage (1–2 years preferred)
3. Personal Attributes
Detail-oriented and patient
Good problem-solving skills
Honest and trustworthy
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
4. Communication & Customer Service
Able to explain technical issues clearly to customers
Basic English communication skills
