Job Desctiption:
The laboratory microbiologist will engage daily with production and quality assurance departments conducting microbial testing on finished products and environmental facility in line with company SOP. Crucial in cultivating companywide "quality culture: the primary objective of this role is to collaborate with lab team to consistently provide accurate microbial data with focus on advancing company initiatives.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Relevant qualifications in microbiology or a related field. Certification in HACCP standards or equivalent.
Experience: Experience in assisting laboratory management to achieve optimal productivity. Experience in conducting microbiological tests and interpreting results.
Skills: Ability to prepare microbiological media and manage laboratory supplies. Strong data entry skills for trend analyses.
Languages:
Proficiency in English for effective communication and reporting.
Knowledge of local languages for training and collaboration with local counterparts.
