Pierre Brunet Entreprise Générale is a local construction company based in Port-Vila, established in 1983. In 2014, it opened the doors of the biggest shopping mall in Port Vila : Tana Russet Plaza. Tenancy has increased steadily over the years to include a cinema, restaurants, food court, games, coffee shop, bakery, and various other shops.

Position Overview:
The Mall Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring all daily activities of the shopping centre run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time job that includes managing the various tenancies of the mall, ensuring security of the compound, managing maintenance, managing customer services and ensuring the mall is neat and clean at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for tenant relations, including managing issues / grievances of existing tenants and act as liaison between management and new tenants in negotiations for potentially new tenancies.
• Supervising the daily operations of the mall, including managing staff and organising efficient rosters, to ensure the mall is kept clean at all times;
• Oversee and organise security personnel focusing on providing a safe environment for all;
• Mall is kept in good working conditions at all times – must organise / schedule maintenance work, as required and ensure all utility services within the building / compound are operational / provided at all times.
• Following-up / Collecting rental payments of the mall.
• Actively seek new tenancies for locales within the mall.
• Attend / respond to any urgent issues within the mall which may extend beyond regular working hours.
Selection Criteria:
• Degree level;
• Experience in property management, tenant relations, retail management, marketing planning / management;
• Speak and write in English and Bislama
