Position Overview:
The Construction Projects Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the multiple construction projects of the company. The Construction Projects Manager is responsible for supervising and leading teams on each project site. He is responsible for ensuring the projects are completed on time and within scope, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and lead execution of multiple projects, individually and / or simultaneously, in accordance with timelines and resources.
• Lead, motivate and supervise multiple project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective and efficient delivery of project.
• Ensure all projects are implemented in accordance with: the company’s quality standards, the requirements of the client and the legal, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor the execution of projects and provide regular updates to management on progress.
• Proactively manage unexpected changes and develop, where needed mitigation strategies.
• Report regularly to management on implementation progress.
Selection Criteria:
• Strong background / Extensive experience in managing multiple construction projects at all stages (Design to Finish).
• Diploma / Degree in construction related field – an advantage.
Must be capable to work under pressure
