Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP. 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have opportunities for 4 Executive Positions within the Fund.
1. Executive Manager Finance & Investments is responsible for overseeing the financial operation, the investments strategy of the VNPF, investment properties and subsidiaries and legal review of financial and investment operations under the management and supervision of the General Manager.
2. Executive Manager Corporate Services is responsible for supporting, developing and implementing VNPF Strategic plans in accordance with the mission and vision statement, managing the administration function of the VNPF as well as operations effectiveness and efficiency.
3. Executive Manager Operations is responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of benefits and services. Direct responsibilities including managing the operations process, embracing design, planning control performance improvement, and operations strategies.
4. Executive Manager Branch Offices is responsible for overseeing the operations of all VNPF's branch offices outside of Head Office; that is Luganville Branch office in Santo, Lakatoro Branch office in Malekula and Lenakel Branch office on Tanna.
