Job Description
As our guest relations manager you are responsible for ensuring we deliver an incredible experience throughout guests entire stay.  Managing check in / check out, tours information and assisting in all areas across the resort. 

Selection Criteria
Applicants must be outgoing and friendly and genuinely enjoy talking with guests.
You must be available to work weekends.
Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is required.
Experience in F& B is an advantage.
Previous experience in a resort is an advantage.
Strong computer skills required
Flexibility with working hours is needed
