Organisation Description
Pacific Energy Vanuatu, a subsidiary of Pacific
Islands Energy (PIE) in Singapore, with businesses in the
Pacific Islands, is seeking talented individuals for the roles
of Terminal Operators based in Santo.

Job Description
Terminal operators will carry out operational tasks that are required daily and
periodically for a terminal to function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
• Conduct preventative maintenance and attend to
terminal facilities breakdowns.
• Daily dipping and sampling of storage tanks.
• Loading and unloading drums and packed products
within and outside the terminal.
• General housekeeping ensuring the terminal is clean.
• Daily stock-take of all drums and packaging.
• Gantry filling, tank ship duties and bunker operations.
• Responding to fire and oil spill incidents and other
emergencies.
• Comply with HSSE policies & procedures.
• Responsible for physical stock movement, quality
control processes and administrative tasks.

Selection Criteria
It is desirable that the applicant has:
• Year 12 certificate.
• Certificate in general maintenance would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in related field.
• Experience as qualified welder would be an advantage.
• Team work orientation and performance based attitude.
• Knowledge of product stewardship and maintenance
standards will be an added advantage.
• Bilingual (French and English) would be an advantage.
• Basic 1st Aid and Fire Fighting training.
