Job Description: Central School is seeking to appoint a Principal to commence in January 2018. Central School is a successful Government School in Port Vila, Vanuatu, with 1,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 13. The successful applicant will support the School's vision of providing students with quality education in an inspiring, inclusive environment.

Criteria: 

• Applicants must have relevant tertiary qualifications (prefer Master's Degree)
• High leadership skills to lead staff and students for delivery of high quality education
• Lead and manage whole school teaching and learning programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Lead and manage staff performance to improve teaching and learning
• Plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning.

Salary:

Remuneration will be negotiated on the basis of relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
