| | - Take responsibility for delivering excellent customer service for telephone, online and wholesalers enquiries. |
| | - Able to communicate to all customers concern; Solve customer issues; Use Room Master as the Reservation engine; |
| | - Have at least 4 years reservation experience; Have experience with online reservations and queries; |
| | - Have experience with wholesaler reservation queries; Understand allotments; |
| | - Daily reporting correctly to management. |
