| | We are currently looking for a Head Chef to manage our busy kitchen. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum 5 years experience in food preparation in a commercial kitchen. |
| | - Sound knowledge of quality standards, portion and budget control. |
| | - High Level of personal hygiene and a full understanding of health and safety in a kitchen. |
| | - Be able to create specials including using fresh local seasonal produce. |
| | - Strong staff management and training skills. |
| | - Must be a team player and work well under pressure. |
| | - Completed an APTC or other Hospitality Course an advantage. |
| | - Fluent in English both speaking and writing. |
