| | The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. |
| | - Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals, operate asset in owners' best interest. |
| | - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit on timely basis. |
| | - Prepare and/ or implement procedures and systems within company guidelines to ensure orderly,efficient workflow. |
| | - Consistently use successful successful techniques and company directives to screen, hire, orient and train new personnel. |
| | - Coordinate maintenance and assignments. |
| | - Assured quality and quantity of market ready apartments. |
| | - Has the minimum ability to safely oversee use of power tools on site and manage vehicle use. |
