| | Key duties and responsibilities of the position include; |
| | - Ensuring all customs clearance functions are acarried out accurately and efficiently |
| | - Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. |
| | - Provide efficient and timely support to other cross functional departments. |
| | - Manage customs clearance process. |
| | - Strengthen and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. |
| | - Ensure full compliance with customs regulations realted to imports and customs clearance. |

| | Key requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Tertiary qualifications, Diploma in Business/Customs Administration. |
| | - 3+ years' relevant experience is essential. |
| | - Must be registered under Asycuda, and familar with the soft ware for processing entries. |
| | - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. |
| | - Be customer-focused; possess excellent communication, verbal and written, good time management skills and prioritising of work. |
| | - The person must possess a clean and valid driving license. |
| | - Self motivated and proactive. |
