| | Luganville Municipal Council wishes to recruit a qualified and experienced person for the following position. |
| | To provide effective, efficient and safe waste management services to the residents of Luganville inorder to protect human health and the enviroment and to provide enviromental, social,economic and cultural benefits. |
| | The ideal candidate must be; |
| | - Highly motivated and able to work effectively without supervision. |
| | - A willingness to learn and share knowledge. |
| | - Abiity to make decisions and to follow up and get things done. |
| | - Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people. |
| | - Ability to work with limited resources and make the best of them. |

| | - Possess good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Bislama and English/French. |
| | - Legal clearance to be employed and be a resident in Vanuatu. |
