| | The key functions of this role are to; |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Lead the Program Quality Unit that manages design, monitoring and evaluation, and resource mobilisation. |
| | - Strengthen staff capability in delivering high quality programming that is coherent with World Vision processess. |
| | - Lead the development of program proposals that address the identified needs of communities as well as principles of aid effectiveness. |
