| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | The Security Administrator reports to the Network Manager, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Ministry of Prime Minister. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Essential, accredited IT qualifications e.g certificate, diploma or degree; Desirable, security certificate |
| | - Five (5) years experience in ICT security management, standards, processes and procedures, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity planning and management |
| | - Background and skills in network management, server management, with a thorough knowledge of CISCO routers and switchers, checkpoint firewall, trend micro, microsoft systems and FOSS |
| | - Must have a very good investigative skills; Must be analytical and practical; Must have strong written and oral communication skills |
| | - Honest, reliable and of good character; Be able to speak English or French and Bislama. |

| | Salary per annum is PSC scale G So 5.2 which is equivalent to VT 1.834.560 |
