| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) This role will report to Transactional Manager |
| | 2) Have a passion for customers and fulfil customers needs by providing solutions including electronic banking needs |
| | 3) Share knowledge and experience of teamwork with members to help build sound and productive working relationships |
| | 4) Ensure that all tasks are recorded on Task Manager and completed within due dates |
| | 5) Maintain a relationship with Merchants to ensure merchant promotions and complaints are effectively handled |
| | 6) Agree business plan to achieve targets with Transactional Service Manager |
| | 7) Co-ordinate EFTPOS terminal installations. |
| | To be successful in the role, the applicant should display the following competencies and experience: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Experience in working as part of sales team; Ability to analyse and understand financial accounts and information |
| | - Minimum 2 years customer service experience working with personal and business customers; Proven success in sales and origination |
| | - Well developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both written and verbal (French an advantage) |
| | - Must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn; Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnerships with customers |
| | - Desire and ability to provide an excellent level of customer service; Experience in technology (EFTPOS) is an advantage; Drivers license. |
